ABOUT CREDIT MANAGEMENT ADVISORY SERVICES

CMAS is owned and operated by Dave Brown. Dave’s banking experience includes over 20 years in commercial lending and commercial real estate lending, working with both large regional banks as well as community banks. He spent the last six years of his banking career serving as chief credit officer for two community banks.

I’ve worked with Dave Brown for over 20 years. During that time he has been an employee, consultant, and overall source of information and critical thinking related to all things concerning commercial and real estate credit … underwriting, approval, collection, and policy development.
